Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre has a group of professionals who are dedicated in providing a different level of care. We are currently looking for highly motivated, disciplined and talented individuals with great personalities to join our team:

1. NURSES (SRN/SEN)

Responsibilities:

- To work in Operating Theatre, Inpatient Ward & Specialist Clinic.
- Competitive Basic + Allowance + Incentive.

Requirements:

- Certified SRN/SEN.
- Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board with the valid APC.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in multi-discipline ward, Operating Theatre, ICU/CCU..
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.

2. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

- To handle daily accounting operations and transactions.
- To check and handle data processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- To prepare month end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts and supporting schedules.
- To handle ad-hoc accounting and finance related activities.
- To perform general office administration activities.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good command in Microsoft Excel/Word and related accounting software.

3. FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Managing all front office activities which includes but not limited to:
- Attending all incoming calls and correspondence appropriately and courteously.
- Managing all activities regarding patients' registration, billing and payment collection.
- Handle general enquiries regarding surgery, insurance claim and any other services provided by the Company.
- Performing basic clerical and administrative duties.
- Performing ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in International Hotel/Hospital would be an added advantage.
- Computer literate (Access, Word & Excel).
- Proficient in both spoken and written ENGLISH.
- Possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people.
- Pleasant and friendly personality, good telephone etiquette, customer oriented attributes and high level of initiatives.
